Responsibilities continued from previous role with Wyeth, during and after being acquired by Pfizer. My role includes integration leadership coupled with leadership in the strategy and operations role for our Business Systems and Processes team. I am responsible for forward looking strategy development for both the IT organization and our partner client organizations. The Business Partner role took on additional significance in this activity with the need to guide a strong transition and aid the Drug Safety & Metabolism organizations in the new model, splitting their organization across multiple business areas in the new Pfizer model.

I had responsibility for strategy and operations, covering daily operations for our Business Systems and Processes team, as well as forward looking strategy development for both the IT organization and our partner client organizations. As a senior business partner (account manager), I had a seat at the Portfolio Review for the Preclinical Development organization and also a participant seat on the Drug Safety & Metabolism management board.
- The primary focus in the strategy role is the information supply chain strategy for our client organizations, spanning Discovery, Preclinical Development and Vaccines.
- Delivered a comprehensive technical architecture and change management plan for project based implementation over time, to constrain costs and incrementally address process improvement initiatives in a coordinated fashion. The program directly resulted in a decrease in information friction and improved communication and decision making.
- As the Senior Account Manager for the Drug Safety & Metabolism group within Wyeth Research, worked closely with client executive leadership and account team to jointly develop strategic investment plans as well as annual project budgeting and planning.
- Led the integration of Thiakis acquisition work post close, ensuring the successful transition of information and technology assets as well as coordinating communication among key executives on related project teams.

- Delivered the first in Wyeth, Regulated (GLP) Electronic Lab Notebook project to the Drug Metabolism and Bioanalytical groups. Multi-million dollar investment projected to provide full payback through proven efficiency gains and significant process and integration improvements.
- Sponsored and led an integration initiative between related business areas in Discovery and Preclinical, resulting in direct process improvement initiatives targeting both areas, through both facilitated face to face communication and workshops.
- Led the development of our Project Management Office, taking a lead role in establishing our processes and templates, working with peers and leadership to fill the PMO lead role during the extended hiring process.
